A key utilities provider, one of the 14 electricity distribution network operators, contacted SCC in the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic with an urgent request for a videoconferencing solution, to enable a virtual board meeting.

Less than a week after receiving the request, the solution was supplied, resulting in a successful virtual meeting and a happy customer, who had felt the pressure during this challenging time.

Congratulations to the SCC AVS team, who very quickly assessed and understood the customer requirements, and responded in rapid time!
