A retail centre management company is benefiting from business continuity and employee safety throughout the COVID-19 crisis, thanks in part to SCC’s home working solution.

A great collaboration between SCC and SCC AVS has delivered a secure VPN solution, as well as video and audio conferencing via WebEx and Jabber soft clients, to ensure employees can communicate from and locations and make use of their reception consoles and contact centre technology.
